This blister machine has been mechanically overhauled in our specialist workshop. The entire electrical/pneumatic system has been renewed. The machine control system was equipped with the latest control technology.

The following parts were replaced:
• PLC B+R X20 with Automation Panel 12.1" WXGA TFT, system unit PPC3100
• Servo drives, manufacturer B+R
• 1 x film advance after forming and sealing by means of linear servo
• Electrical installation, wiring
• Pneumatics
• Machine guarding
• Various mechanical parts
