Safety workstation with clean room zone

• This workstation was configured for a cleanroom class D and max. for OEB3 substances (medium toxic material)
• Via the laminator in the bonnet area, H 14 filtered clean air in ISO 5 quality in accordance with EN 14644-1 with unidirectional flow and a flow velocity of 0.17 m/s to 1.00 m/s - depending on the product and task - is channelled into the interior of the barrier above the product, creating a cleanroom zone.
• The visible surfaces are made of stainless steel 1.4301 and are brushed (RA <0.8 ym)
• The WIBObarrier system works according to the three-zone principle
• Work surface width 2,420, depth 800, height top edge 910 mm
• The workstation is still unused at the operator's premises in Switzerland in 6 wooden crates, originally packed by the manufacturer
